How to Compress PST Files Without Using Outlook?
Step 1
Download & Install the MigrateEmails PST Compress tool → Next.
Step 2
Select File/Select Folder to upload the file.
Step 3
Choose & add your PST files that you want to convert → Open.
Step 4
Expand the tree structure → Verify the details → Next.
Step 5
Apply the compression & other filters according to your need like:
- Compression Option Panel:You can compress/remove all attachments.
- Remove Duplicate Mail:It allows users to remove duplicate emails from the folders.
- Date Filter:To migrate mailbox items of the specific date range.
- Split Resultant PST File:To migrate mailbox items of the specific size.
Step 6
Choose the Path to Save option to save the file at the desired location.
Step 7
Click Start Compression to begin with the process.
Step 8
Download the report if needed.
