Follow the steps below to identify and Remove Duplicate Files
Download and launch the MigrateEmails Duplicate File Finder & Cleaner on your local system
Click the Photos option to identify duplicate images and remove them. You can tap on the Files option to remove similar data from audio, PDF, PPT, and others. (Say Files)
Tick All Files to search all the identical files, including Documents, Music, Videos, etc.
Tap Custom Files Scan to detect duplicates based on Documents, Videos, Music, Images, and Archives.
Next, you can drag or tap Click Here to select the folder to scan for duplicates. Hit Select Folder.
Hit Extension-based Scan to search duplicates from the specified file type. Tap OK.
Click on the Scan option to search for similar data from File Protection, File Date, Ignore File Smaller Than, and Ignore File Greater Than. Tap Ok.
Hit Scan Whole Computer to search for duplicates from the entire computer.
Tap on the Start Scan tab to start identifying duplicate data.
Now, the process of scanning identical data will begin.
A graphical representation will show the number of duplicates and other details. Tap Auto Remove to eliminate duplicates or View Detailed Results to show files details. ( Say View Detailed Results)
After that, all the identical files will be displayed based on All Files, Music, Videos, Images, Documents, Archive, and Others.
Tap Select Duplicate and pick either:
- Retain Oldest Files (Select Older Files).
- Retain Newest Files (Select New Files).
- Clear All Selections
Click Select Action and choose the required options:

Delete Options:
- Permanent Delete
- Move to Bin
- Move to Folder

Apply To:
- Current Page
- All Pages
Hit Export Result to save all the data in a specified location.
Follow the steps below to Scan and Remove Duplicate Images
Launch the DRS Duplicate Finder and Remover Software. Run it as an administrator.
Click the Photos option to identify duplicate images and remove them. You can tap on the Files option to remove similar data from audio, PDF, PPT, and others. (Say Photos)
Next, you can drag or tap Click Here to select the folder to scan for duplicates. Hit Select Folder.
Hit the Scan Option to set the criteria, including Similarity Threshold and Minimum Photo Size. Tap Yes.
Hit Scan Whole Computer to search for duplicates from the entire computer.
Tap on the Start Scan tab to start identifying duplicate data
Set the Similarity option to identify identical images. You can also Refresh, Unmark All, and Auto Mark.
Click on the Move Selected tab to start removing duplicates.
