3. Execute a Clean Boot in Windows

In this solution, Users have to start their PC in Clean Boot to determine if any other software is conflicting with MS Outlook. Follow the procedure to do so.

  • Turn On your PC as Administrator and press on the Window+R key from your keyboard.
  • In Run wizard, type msconfig and click on the OK button.
