5. Select Add a POP3 email account.
6. Enter your Outlook email address and click Next Step.
7. Enter the Username and Password. 
8. Click Add Account to save your new POP3 account.
9. Before saving your new account, leave a copy of retrieved information on the server. Do this, if you don’t want Gmail to delete emails from Outlook after importing them.
10. Save your recent settings.
